The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in salable condition.
This means that our jewelery boxes must also be sent back when the item is returned.

Note. You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive your package or not collecting it. Here we will receive an additional charge for return shipping. This shipping cost will be offset against your order, which is DKK 70.

The package must not be sent back to a parcel shop or similar. If this happens, you will be charged an additional fee of DKK 70.
Yes. You can do it. You just have to make sure to send the return slips from each order so that we can refund the amount. We can only refund the amount to the same card that was used when paying for the order.
